The Club

We are a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club based in Bolton and offer a great environment to learn for people of all ages and athletic ability. We have classes for children and adults ranging from complete novice through to advanced.  We are keen to share the Jiu Jitsu experience with you!

Starting a new club can be an intimidating experience but we aim to provide a warm welcome to anyone who is open-minded and willing to learn.

Beginners BJJ

What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? Find out more by enrolling on our 16 lesson beginners programme which is designed for people with absolutely zero experience. Learn fundamental moves which will start you on your Jiu Jitsu journey! 

Kids classes

Our kids classes are aimed at children aged 6 and over.

Classes will help build confidence, fitness and discipline. The programme is delivered in a fun way and is a great environment to meet new friends.

Location

We are located on the 1st floor above the Supercar Clinic. Park behind the unit and use the rear entrance of the building.  There is plenty of on street free parking.
